Adopting this strategy is crucial because we are positioned as a ‘fashion’ brand within many online partner portfolios. By offering these collections, we safeguard pre-order sales and reinforce Hunkemöller’s strong brand DNA as a leading fashion brand. Additionally, our franchise partners, who operate stores, have a strong need for newness and rely on compelling, innovative collections to drive sales and tell the Hunkemöller brand story.
How: The Sign-in Coordinator will manage Monthly OTB Sign-ins, which are separate from the regular pre-order Sign-ins. During these monthly sessions, all product teams can submit products to be offered to partners immediately.
Key Responsibilities
• Collect all available collections each month in collaboration with the product teams.• Develop and communicate a clear structure for the hand-in process.• Ensure all product data is enriched in PLM/SAP.• Create linesheets and presentations to share with partners.• Send Sign-in information to partners via email.• Collect and process partner orders.• Enter orders into SAP so they can be sent to vendors.Overall planning and communication with the Buying, Design, and Merchandise teams will be coordinated by Els.
Expected Growth. The Monthly OTB Sign-ins are expected to drive growth in the pre-order book, with projections increasing from 9 million to 13/14 million in the coming years.

Why: To support the evolving buying strategy within Buying, Design, and Merchandise for our fashion collections, the 3rd Partner team requires a dedicated Sign-in Coordinator. The evolving buying strategy shifts from a long-term buying strategy to a more agile, short-term buying process using the Open to Buy (OTB) budget, with a strong focus on innovation and fashion-forward collections. For example, approximately 10% of the Nightwear department’s collection will be sourced from Turkey or other nearby development countries, enabling shorter lead times. This results in additional Sign-ins alongside the regular Pre-order Sign-ins.Why: To support the evolving buying strategy within Buying, Design, and Merchandise for our fashion collections, the 3rd Partner team requires a dedicated Sign-in Coordinator.
