Location: Bexley Donelson - Nashville, TN

Pay: Hourly rates are competitive $21-23 per hour based on experience + Quarterly Bonuses

Schedule: Rotating Saturdays or alternate schedule available. Must be available occasional evenings for resident events

Do you have a flexible schedule? If so, our alternative schedule leasing consultant position will give you an additional $100 per pay period bonus! This schedule is set the same each week and consists of 5 days each week working (including Saturdays) with the same 2 days off per week (Sundays and one weekday). 

Example: Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday and Saturday - with Sundays and Wednesdays off. If you need a different weekday off we can be flexible.

Hours are: Weekdays 9-6 Saturdays 9-5 Sundays Off

What You’ll Do:

As a Leasing Consultant, you’ll be the first impression and voice of our community. You’ll guide prospective residents through their leasing journey while building strong relationships with current residents and your team. You’ll juggle customer service, sales, and administrative tasks — and we’ll provide you with all the training and support you need to excel.
