Do you love keeping projects organized and ensuring every detail is just right? As an Operational Correspondence Coordinator, you’ll be the go-to expert for managing member and provider communications from start to finish. This role is perfect for someone who thrives on collaboration, precision, and making sure every message hits the mark.

You’ll take ownership of projects—from intake to fulfillment and reporting—while ensuring branding consistency, regulatory compliance, and clear, effective messaging. If you’re passionate about process, communication, and teamwork, this is your chance to make a real impact.

This position has a weekly in office requirement. 

What You’ll Do

  • Lead communication initiatives: Assist in creating and executing projects that support operational communication goals.
  • Keep things moving: Build and manage timelines, coordinate resources, and ensure deliverables are met on time.
  • Collaborate across teams: Work closely with internal clients, legal, compliance, product, fulfillment, and audit teams to ensure every communication is accurate and aligned.
  • Drive efficiency: Monitor initiatives and recommend improvements to streamline processes and enhance collaboration.
  • Own the process: Govern branding standards and messaging consistency to ensure communications meet their purpose in the most effective way.
  • Being part of the big picture: Receive cross-functional training and support team’s strategic projects as needed.

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in health care / health insurance / marketing required. 
  • 1 year experience with health care / health insurance products (inclusive of health insurance operations, member communication and/or marketing materials development). 
  • Ability to manage and build business and client relationships. 
  • Excellent writing, editing, proofreading, oral communication, and interpersonal skills. 
  • Ability to learn management of multiple tasks and projects and forge key relationships with internal departments and external vendors. 
  • Results oriented with the ability to review processes, identify opportunities, and work independently.
