Global Readiness Intern 

Hybrid 

Wilmington, DE

Monday – Friday, 8:00 am-5:00 pm

CSC is seeking a self-motivated, inquisitive, and creative college student (rising Junior or Senior) to join the Global Readiness team in our Wilmington, DE. The Global Readiness Team is responsible for training, talent development, communications, and change management in our Digital Brand Services division. If you are heading toward a career in content creation, copy or technical writing, or organizational development, our intern program may be just what you need to see a broad and inside view of a vibrant business-to-business company. Some of the things you’ll learn from us: 

  • Cataloging and auditing policy and procedural documentation

  • Developing and rolling out team templates

  • Updating/creating training content and rich media

  • Management of team SharePoint pages

  • Change Management methodology

  • How to lead initiatives to accelerate business growth and people development
