Schedule: Night shift, three 12-hour shifts from 7:00 p.m. – 7:00 a.m. No holidays manager will explain weekend availability.
Training Schedule: Day shift from 8:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m. then will transition to nights.
The salary range for this position is $22.35 - $39.67 based on experience
Responsibilities:
Applicants will be placed in the appropriate job title and salary from the Sleep Technologist Career Ladder, based on their individual experience and education
Polysomnographic Sleep Tech:
HS diploma (required)
6 months relevant experience in an allied-health field (preferred).
Sleep Technologist:
HS graduate required.
Graduate from an education program in polysomnography accredited by the Commission on Accreditation of Allied Health Education Programs (CAAHEP) or the Commission on Accreditation for Respiratory Care (CoARC) required.
Sleep credential from the Board of Registered Polysomnographic Technologists (RPSGT), the National Board of Respiratory Care (CRT-SDS or RRT-SDS) or the American Board of Sleep Medicine (RST).
Senior Sleep Technologist:
HS graduate required.
Graduate from an education program in polysomnography accredited by the Commission on Accreditation of Allied Health Education Programs (CAAHEP) or the Commission on Accreditation for Respiratory Care (CoARC) required.
Sleep credential from the Board of Registered Polysomnographic Technologists (RPSGT), the National Board of Respiratory Care (CRT-SDS or RRT-SDS) or the American Board of Sleep Medicine (RST) required.
3 years of experience required.
Licensure, Certifications, and Clearances:
Enroll/complete ASTEP in 60 days; RST, CPSGT, or RPSGT in one year (if CPSGT, must obtain RPSGT within three years).
BLS required based on AHA standards that include both a didactic and skills demonstration component within 30 days of hire.

Act 31 Child Abuse Reporting with renewal
