Job Description

Position Summary: The CX Data Science Intern plays a pivotal role in leveraging Statistical programming language (SAS preferred) to analyze and derive actionable insights from data. The primary purpose of this role is to provide the intern with hands-on experience in applying Statistical procedures for data exploration, hypothesis testing, and the development of predictive models. The intern will work closely with the CX Analytics team, contributing to the organization's analytical capabilities and aiding in the creation of robust predictive models that enhance decision-making processes.
Major Responsibilities:
Data Exploration: • Engage in comprehensive exploratory data analysis (EDA) to understand the characteristics, patterns, and distributions within the dataset using SAS. • Utilize SAS procedures to uncover key insights from raw data.
Statistical Modeling: • Contribute to the development of statistical models, with strong understanding on techniques such as linear regression, logistic regression, and other relevant methods. • Apply statistical methods to handle complex data structures and relationships.
Model Evaluation and Interpretation: • Assist in the evaluation of model performance using statistical metrics and validation techniques. • Interpret model results and communicate findings to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
