JOB DETAILS:

• Location: San Jose, CA, US
• Onsite/Hybrid: This role require the student to work full time (40 hours a week), either in a hybrid or onsite work structure throughout the duration of the intern term.

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING:

We are seeking a highly motivated Masters Artificial Intelligence Frameworks Intern/Co-op to join our team and participate in research and development of next-generation product differentiation features with extraordinary ML/AI engineers. In this role –

• You will develop and benchmark AI software frameworks and tools.
• Your responsibility will include operator development and model deployment across CPU/GPU/NPU stacks.
• You will research inference quantization and acceleration for models such as LLMs, ViTs, and CNNs.
• You will collaborate closely with development teams and project managers to drive performance improvements.

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR:

• You are currently enrolled in a US based University in a Master's degree program majoring in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
• Strong programming ability in C++/CUDA and Python.
• Experience with PyTorch, TensorFlow, vLLM, SGLang, or ONNX.
• Familiarity with development tools such as git, cmake, make, conda, or docker.
• Knowledge of data structures, algorithms, image processing, neural networks, and computer architecture.
• Experience with AI framework development, operator implementation, ML quantization, or compilers is a plus.
