    · Our Sales and Operations Management Trainee role is an hourly role, offering a starting salary of at least $25.00 per hour or $52,000 per year. (May vary based on prior relevant work experience and market)
    · This position, at this location, offers premium pay for weekend work ($2.00 weekend differential) 
    · Advancement opportunities follow 6–9-month training period and include a generous base pay increase at that time. 
 
 

 Major Responsibilities:• Develop consumer and commercial customer solutions to local and national accounts - including many of the Fortune 500.• Manage our large inventory of world class and nationally recognized vehicles, balancing fleet productivity, profitability and customer satisfaction in a fast-paced and dynamic workspace• Generate new business leads as well as foster existing customer relationships• Ensure complete customer satisfaction in a fast-paced environment.
