We are looking for gearheads to join our 4WP/ORW retail store sales team!

Hourly + Commission!

Job Summary:

As an Aftermarket Parts Salesperson, you will play a pivotal role on our dynamic team, serving as a subject matter expert focused on sales and customer service of aftermarket automotive components.

Responsibilities:

  • Initiates excellent service by greeting, engaging, and connecting with all customers
  • Drives sales by utilizing suggestive selling techniques and product knowledge to promote and sell additional parts and services   
  • Inform customers with questions and inquiries while communicating monthly sales and promotions
  • Skillfully fosters customer relationships to cultivate loyalty and build customer retention through in-person interactions and social media
  • Contributes to inventory control and shrinkage percentages by thoroughly organizing, monitoring, and displaying parts and products
  • Demonstrates continuous effort to improve operations, decrease turnaround times, streamline work processes, and development of professional skill set 
  • Understands and adheres to all company policies, procedures, safety, and environmental rules
  • Maintains store cleanliness and appearance to uphold a safe and secure work environment
  • Work with your team to provide excellent customer service

Qualifications:

  • Demonstrate proficiency in lift kit, wheel and tire application knowledge, and general aftermarket Jeep and Truck accessories 
  • Continually meet or exceed monthly targets in labor, merchandise, and warranty sales percentages
  • Discover the essential steps of the sales journey including effective selling techniques and proven industry methods
  • Proficiency with operating computer software, parts database, and point of sales systems
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs., and team lift up to 100 lbs.
  • Ability to communicate professionally and clearly with both internal and external parties
  • Ability to read and comprehend written instructions and work orders
  • Must be able to work scheduled store hours at specific location  

Work Environment:

  • Customer-facing position in retail store (answering phones, using computers, point of sale, escorting customers around showroom floor)
  • Occasionally interact with employees in the service department with concrete floors, industrial structure, vehicle lifts, workbenches/workstations, stationary and moving vehicles and other automotive workshop facility equipment
  • May be exposed to loud noise, vibration, exhaust fumes, and other service and repair conditions
  • Working in various physical positions including standing, balancing, stooping, kneeling, reaching, carrying, and lifting

Pay offered based on multiple individualized factors including retail location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Pay ranges based on a 40-hour work week. The total compensation package also includes a commission plan.
