• Your eligibility in the intern program is contingent upon satisfying all of our program eligibility requirements. By electronically signing this offer letter you certify that you meet all of the following requirements which must be met in order to qualify for an internship with our Company.
• I remain enrolled in full-time classes and in good standing at my college or university, and will continue my enrollment at my college or university after my internship.
• I have not graduated or will not graduate prior to or during my internship.
• I continue to pursue a degree in a job-related course of study.
• Must be a current student, not graduating on or before May 2027 and have maintained a cumulative GPA of 3.00 or higher, including all grades for the last term completed prior to signing this offer letter.
• You may have to relocate for this intern position. Relocation assistance may be provided. 
• You will work outdoors in inclement weather, climb ladders without assistance, and work at heights greater than 100 feet from the ground surface.
• You must be available to attend training from May 25, 2026- June 5, 2026 and then report to your designated site.

Job Overview

This job is a position offering experience with career-related activities encountered in a student's area of specialization. This position will provide mentoring and practical hands-on experience to assist the intern with achieving deliverables related to renewable energy. To be considered for this position the applicant must be actively enrolled full-time in a two-year electrical, mechanical, technical, or renewable energy degree (or equivalent) program at a college with a minimum GPA of 3.00.

Job Duties & Responsibilities

Under direct supervision:

• Performs maintenance and repair activities on wind turbine generators, solar equipment, and other renewable assets
• Performs electronic and mechanical troubleshooting activities as required
• Attends regular safety meetings and follows appropriate company safety and environmental policies
• Performs other job-related duties as assigned

Required Qualifications

• High School Grad/GED
• Experience: 0+ years
• Valid Driver’s License (NON-CDL)
• Post-Offer Functional Capacity Evaluation

The base pay range for this position is $16.54 to $24.81 per hour. This range represents the expected base pay for a successful candidate and is based on a variety of factors, including skills, experience, and internal equity.
