Job Summary:
The position is responsible for performing data entry, preparing reports, scheduling appointments, and receiving and directing incoming telephone calls and visitors in a pleasant and professional manner. It involves performing various Human Resources duties, providing administrative support to the HR management team, and interacting regularly with employees and visitors.
The Details:
Position Type: Full-Time, Year-Round
Start Date: November 2025
Pay: $19.45 per hour
Schedule: Typical schedule is 40 hours, 5 days per week (may include weekends, evenings, and holidays)

Physical Requirements include:
Constantly: sit and walk, Handling, reaching outward, and lift/carry up to 10 lbs.
Frequently: climb stairs, lift/carry up to 20 lbs., and push/pull up to 12 lbs.
Occasionally: stand, reach above shoulder, squat/kneel, bend, lift/carry up to 50 lbs., and push pull up to 25 lbs.
Work hours may include nonstandard workweek and overtime.
