Position Overview: The RV Parts Associate is responsible for managing inventory, providing exceptional customer service, and supporting the sales of parts and accessories at Good Life RV. 

Job Responsibilities:

• Assist customers in selecting appropriate parts and accessories for their RVs.
• Provide knowledgeable recommendations to meet customer needs. 
• Addressing customer inquiries, concerns, and issues promptly and professionally.
• Manage and maintain an organized inventory of RV parts and accessories.
• Monitor the stock levels, reorder supplies, and conduct regular inventory audits.
• Coordinating with manager and technicians on accessories needed for a sold RV.
• Promote and cross-sell RV parts and accessories to customers. 
• Stay informed about new RV parts and accessories. 
• Process customer orders efficiently and accurately.
• Ensure visually appealing and well-organized display of parts and accessories.
• Other duties as assigned.

Education Requirements:

• High School Diploma or GED Preferred

Qualifications

To be successful, RV Parts Associates need:

• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. 
• Ability to work independently and as a team member.
• Ability to perform well in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
