LindenGrove Mukwonago, an Illuminus Community, is hiring for a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN). We offer a continuum of care which includes assisted living, memory support, and short-term rehabilitation and long-term skilled nursing care to older adults. We are passionate about offering holistic, transformative care and helping those in need rediscover their light within.

• Full-time, Part-time or Casual positions available
• AM, PM or NOC shifts available
• $27.00-$33.00 per hour
• Shift Differential for PM and NOC Shifts
• Eligible for Sign On Bonus

Our LPN provides prescribed medical treatment under the general supervision of a registered nurse.

Requirements

• Current Licensed Practical Nurse credentials and license in the State of Wisconsin.
• Active CPR
