Requirements

Key Skills and Abilities Needed to Succeed in This Role:

• Must be pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Eager to learn and get hands-on experience with tools such as ASANA, Canva, or other workplace technologies.
• Exposure to creating or assisting with learning and leadership development programs, either through coursework, internships, or student organizations.
• Experience with graphic design, instructional design, or related fields, demonstrating an understanding of visual communication and content creation.
• A strong interest in HR functions, employee training, or talent development. 
• The ability to manage multiple projects at once in an organized manner.
