Overview

This is for the 1st shift role.

Performs tasks in support of processes/project components for the Manufacturing Process Operations area under general supervision, following area best practices to ensure accuracy, timeliness, and quality of work and escalating problems and roadblocks as they occur. Responsible for managing or performing work associated with converting raw materials and components into finished goods.


Responsibilities

  • This job works under general supervision to perform key tasks for the Manufacturing Process Operations area, following best practices and techniques in order to meet organizational standards of excellence.
  • Executes established procedures to enhance manufacturing operations.
  • Monitors and resolves issues with machines and production equipment to sustain operational effectiveness.
  • Ensures compliance with quality standards throughout the production process.
  • Collaborates with team members to facilitate the successful completion of project components.
  • Utilizes experience and a comprehensive understanding of area processes and tools to contribute to more difficult components of projects, initiatives, or processes.

Compensation and Benefits:

  • The expected compensation range for this position is between $53,600 - $80,450.
  • Location, confirmed job-related skills, experience, and education will be considered in setting actual starting salary. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range during the hiring process.
  • Paid time off subject to eligibility, including paid parental leave, vacation, sick, and bereavement.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of High School Diploma or GED required
  • Computer Skills (Word processing, Excel spreadsheets)
  • Good verbal and written communication skills
  • Detail Oriented, Team Oriented, with a positive work ethic and attitude
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
  • Inventory Control Experience Preferred
