Job Location: IL Goodfield - Goodfield, IL 61742Salary Range: $18.10 - $18.10 Hourly

SUMMARY:

The Administrative Intern will perform a variety of administrative tasks and activities in support of various project teams including HR, accounting, customer support.

Essential Functions:

  • Assist and provide support for all office employees, helping them do their jobs efficiently
  • Provide additional administrative support to team members
  • Order and maintain files
  • Complete projects in a timely manner
  • Any tasks as assigned by supervisors

Education and Experience:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Current or former college student studying business, accounting, or other field related to project-based work
  • Prior related experience preferred

Job Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

  • Strong organizational skills
  • Strong communication, written, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to use Microsoft Office and necessary technology

Physical Demands:

  • Ability to sit for extended periods of time
  • Mobility around office required for filing and assisting with organization
  • Adequate vision and hearing for communication and use of computer

  • Proper PPE required where indicated

Work Environment:

  • Role operates in an office environment
