Requirements

The Maintenance Technician is responsible for overall maintenance production machinery, buildings, and grounds ensuring continuous operation of systems.

Responsibilities:

• Troubleshoot and repair pumps, valves, motors, pneumatic equipment, and various other equipment as needed.
• Preventative maintenance.
• Maintain plant facilities and physical structures
• Assist with fabrication, and installation of new equipment
• Basic mechanical skills
• Ability to follow written and verbal directions and procedures
• Self- motivated and works well in a team environment.
• 5S Experience Helpful
• Comply with all safety, environmental, and quality regulations and requirements

Requirements:

• Working knowledge of mechanical and electrical maintenance, typically gained through one (1) year or more of hands-on experience or a related technical background
   
• Experience working with programmable logic controllers (PLCs), including basic troubleshooting and support
   
• Welding experience, including common fabrication and repair techniques
   
• Experience diagnosing, troubleshooting, and repairing industrial equipment, including electrical, electronic, and control components
