Biller- Full time, onsite 

The Biller is critical to creating invoicing for customers that we service. They ensure invoices are created on time and have accurate information.

The Biller also known as the invoicing specialist. They manage all invoices for their particular location. They ensure all information on the invoice matches the billing information for the associated job. Invoices may differ from customer to customer so the biller will be required to become familiar with each form and record the information properly. All invoices must be prepared and entered daily and completed by the end of the month.

COMPETENCIES/SKILLS

• Proven experience as Billing Specialist
• Adherence to laws and best practices in regards to dealing with customers and data
• Comfortable dealing with numbers and the processing of financial information
• Excellent knowledge of MS Office (particularly Excel) and ER software (JDE or other)
• Proficiency in English
• Results-driven and patient
• High degree of attention to detail and trustworthiness
• Accuracy
• Efficiency 

RESPONSIBILITIES

Responsibilities include Send invoices and account updates to clients Keep an accurate record of client accounts and outstanding balances, Receive, sort, and track incoming payments, Validate debit accounts to ensure the credibility of payments, Issue receipts for received payments, Address and solve client questions and issues, Securely handle client data and payment information, Provide regular, accurate reports of billing data

To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of knowledge, skill and/or ability required. SAP , QuickBooks, Excel other ERP systems YEARS OF REQUIRED EXPERIENCE

EDUCATION REQUIRMENTS

High School Diploma or Equivalency – previous billing or invoice experience. Quickbooks, excel other ERP systems experience is required

PHYSICAL/ MENTAL REQUIREMENTS

May involve frequent sitting, standing, lifting, bending

Looking at computers screen for 8+ hours a day

Lifting 50+ pounds from time to time
