CUSTOMER CARE SPECIALIST

Southeast Foundation and Crawlspace Repair (SFCR), a regional leader in the waterproofing, foundation repair and concrete repair industry, is looking for a highly motivated and positive individual to serve on our team of Customer Care Specialists.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS

  1. Represents the company through telephone customer contact.
  2. Answers calls, sets sales appointments, sets annual maintenance or customer warranty service appointments.
  3. Follows up with customers on a variety of issues/occasions.
  4. Keeps customer records and files current and updated, as well as sends customers information about the company and/or services performed.
  5. Performs administrative functions to support all departments as needed.
  6. Regular and punctual attendance.  Ability to work overtime if needed.

Qualifications


REQUIRED SKILLS

  • Thorough understanding of customer service principles and practices.
  • Skill in operating personal computer and programs such as spreadsheets, database, and work processing software.
  • Skill in verbal and written communication.
  • Ability to handle a variety of tasks.
  • Ability to perform accurate data entry.
