Job Description

We are hiring a Customer Service Representative. This role acts as the voice of the customer to ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction and retention.  This position has a focus on regularly scheduled complete account reviews, follow up/follow through to resolve customer related issues, identify process improvement, and enhance customer engagement through a collaborative effort.

What You'll Do

  • Conduct partnership meetings with defined customers reviewing spends and trends with multiple stakeholders from each organization 
  • Point person for all aftermarket activity for the customer, both external and internal 
  • Educates each customer on the full range of offerings and support products offered by Pengate
  • Collect feedback from the customer on company performance 
  • Control internal/external costs through analyzing reports 
  • Work with internal departments to achieve complete customer satisfaction 
  • Additional duties as required or assigned.  

What You’ll Need

  • Bachelor’s degree in a business-related field, or equivalent related experience 
    Verbal and written communication skills
    road knowledge of the entire sales process, preferred business-to-business sales experience. 
  • Excellent communication skills, written and verbal to all levels of organization. 
  • Requires strong problem solving, organizational and time management capabilities. 
  • Ability to establish and develop relationships that identify and promote enterprise offerings on a continual basis and engage the subject matter expert where appropriate 
  • Analytical ability in conjunction with market research to support sales efforts. 
  • Must have exceptional customer service, presentation skills and ability to relate to a range of audiences.
