Working Hours: Monday - Friday, 8:00am - 5:00pm Assist with Food Safety Programs. Conduct quality checks. Support audits. Continuous Improvement Projects. You Bring: Currently working on completion of a Bachelor's degree in Microbiology, Biology, Chemistry, Biochemistry, Food Science, Food Safety, or related field. Must be available to work full-time on-site beginning on June 1, 2026 to August 14, 2026. Strong organizational, problem-solving, and analytical skills; able to manage priorities and workflow. Versatility, flexibility, and a willingness to work within constantly changing priorities with enthusiasm. The hourly rate for this position is $23.00 - $26.00 per hour. Compensation will be dependent on factors that include location, education, training, specific skills, and years of experience. At the end of this internship, you will: As a Quality Control/Food Safety Intern, you will gain hands-on experience in implementing and maintaining food safety programs such as HACCP and GMP. Exposure to real-world manufacturing operations and regulatory compliance, including FDA, and FSMA standards. Gained experience in assisting with quality checks, audits, and documentation, while supporting root cause analysis and corrective actions and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives. Throughout the internship, you'll develop practical skills in record-keeping, problem-solving, and collaboration with cross-functional teams, preparing you for future roles in Quality Assurance, Food Safety, and Regulatory Compliance.
