Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8 AM - 5 PM

What You’ll Do

As a Copier Repair Technician in Training, you’ll learn to troubleshoot and repair office technology such as copiers, printers, scanners, and fax machines. You’ll start by shadowing experienced technicians and gradually take on your own service calls in the field.
 

Day-to-Day Responsibilities:

  • Learn and apply troubleshooting techniques to repair office equipment.
  • Assist with preventative maintenance to keep machines running smoothly.
  • Use company software to track service calls and document repairs.
  • Keep customers updated on service status in a friendly and professional manner.
  • Maintain a properly stocked service vehicle with tools and parts.
  • Continue learning through on-the-job training, manuals, and online courses.

Who We’re Looking For

  • Mechanical or technical aptitude – If you’ve fixed cars, appliances, or computers, you’re a great fit!
  • Eager to learn – We’ll teach you, but you should be curious and proactive.
  • Good problem solver – You enjoy figuring things out and troubleshooting issues.
  • Self-motivated & team player – Work independently but know when to ask for help.
  • Valid driver’s license & clean driving record – You’ll be traveling to customer sites.
  • Networking or IT knowledge is a plus, but not required.
