Job Description
Ludvik Electric Co., with its corporate office in Lakewood, CO and satellite offices in Phoenix, AZ and Salt Lake City, UT; has completed projects all over the United States and abroad. Summary: The Receptionist is accountable for managing the company’s lobby area; greeting and directing all visitors; ensuring completion of paperwork, sign-in and security procedures; handling special administrative projects, as well as overflow work from other departments; responsible for answering incoming calls and greeting all guests. She/he will maintain a smooth flow of work in accordance with changing priorities, while coordinating and implementing office procedures and taking ownership of assignments. Duties and Responsibilities: The Receptionist is expected to have the switchboard open and operating promptly at 8:00 a.m. and throughout the day until 5:00 p.m. Relief switchboard coverage will be provided during lunch hour, as well as morning and afternoon breaks.
