Job Description

Wage - $50,000 annually

Schedule – Full Time, 8hr shifts, days and shift varies.

What you will be doing: You’ll be responsible for the management of well-rounded recreation programs, student leadership and incentive programs in compliance with government and management directives. 

Duties include, but not limited to:

  1. Assist with the planning, coordinate and manage the administrative and student activities services of the department with a diversified program that will attract voluntary participation. 
  2. Develop and distribute weekly, monthly, and annual recreational plans and schedules of activities.
  3. Coordinate with other center staff pertaining to recreation and social activities.
  4. Develop, oversee, and conduct physical fitness, recreational and social activities to comply with and support overall goals for students development. 
  5. Develop and maintain personnel shift schedules for programmatic coverage seven days a week.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Associate’s degree and one (1) years related experience working with youth required preferably in organized recreational activities.
  • Directly related experience may be considered in lieu of formal education requirements.
  • Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record.
