Woven Care is seeking a Physical Therapist Assistant to deliver evidence-based physical therapy services to pediatric patients under the supervision of a Physical Therapist. An Associate's Degree from an accredited PTA program, a Colorado DORA PTA license (or eligibility to obtain), and BLS/CPR certification are required. New grads are welcome, and pediatric experience is preferred.

Compensation: 

  • Hourly: $28.00 - $36.75/hour (based on experience) 
  • Pay-per-billed-hour: $42-$45/billed hour (based on experience)

Your Responsibilities: 

  • Deliver evidence-based physical therapy services to pediatric patients under PT supervision 
  • Implement individualized treatment plans designed by physical therapists 
  • Collaborate with families, physicians, schools, and multidisciplinary team members 
  • Provide culturally competent, family-centered care 
  • Complete case management activities consistent with quality assurance standards 
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation 
  • Participate in team meetings and care coordination 

Qualifications: 

Required: 

  • Associate Degree from an accredited PTA program 
  • Colorado DORA PTA license (or eligible to obtain) 
  • BLS/CPR certification 
  • Passion for pediatric care and collaborative practice 

Preferred: 

  • Pediatric experience (new grads welcome!) 
  • Experience in multidisciplinary settings 

Physical Requirements:

  • Must be able to sit 1-2 hours, stand/walk 4-6 hours daily, and lift up to 50 pounds occasionally.
