Pay range:

 22.15/hr + additional $1.50/hr shift differential

About the Role

As a Production Operator, you'll play a key role in ensuring our products meet the highest standards of quality and safety. You'll be responsible for maintaining a clean and safe work environment, performing accurate product changeovers, and completing essential documentation--all while supporting the smooth operation of our packaging lines.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Following all safety, health, quality, Food Safety, GMP, and company policies and procedures.
  • Understanding and properly operating safety switches, interlocks, and safety devices.
  • Maintaining a clean and organized work area to meet safety and housekeeping standards.
  • Checking product and case codes frequently for accuracy and legibility.
  • Performing package changeovers accurately and efficiently.
  • Completing and filing all required quality and packaging documentation in a timely and orderly manner.

Wis-Pak, Inc. was founded to provide a centralized supply of canned soft drink products to its owners, Pepsi-Cola Franchise bottlers. On June 26, 1969, Watertown, Wisconsin was chosen as the site for a 64,000 square foot facility and Continental Can was selected as the prime supplier of canning equipment. Construction began in September of 1969.
