Job Description

Overview

At Children’s Dental Health, we’re committed to providing exceptional dental care and creating a seamless, positive experience for every patient and family we serve. We’re seeking a Treatment Coordinator to join our team and play a key role in connecting patients with the care they need while ensuring schedules run smoothly and efficiently.

As a Treatment Coordinator, you will help manage and schedule procedures across multiple offices, ensuring each patient is fully prepared and informed for their dental surgery. Your strong communication skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities will contribute to smooth daily operations and exceptional patient experiences.

Pay: up to $20/hr

Schedule: Monday to Friday 8am - 5pm 

Location: Warrington, PA

Responsibilities

  • Manage dental insurance prior authorizations, ensuring they are secured at least 30 days before surgery.
  • Notify patients of their scheduled surgery time one week prior and confirm all necessary co-pays are collected in advance.
  • Maintain accurate scheduling using Dentrix and Vision systems, ensuring alignment across platforms.
  • Communicate effectively with staff regarding schedule changes and cancellations, keeping detailed records of reasons.
  • Assist in collecting medical deductibles when applicable (separate from dental benefits).
  • Check and respond to company emails daily to ensure effective communication.

Qualifications

  • Experience working with Dentrix software is a plus.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills to work closely with patients and staff.
  • Proficient with MS Word and Excel
