Responsible for a wide variety of payroll duties which include importing and reconciling time, entering manual payroll entries, and other miscellaneous functions necessary to support the Payroll Team.

Location & Travel Details: This is an in office position located in Fargo, ND.

The Clean Energy & Infrastructure Group is comprised of the business sectors and companies: Industrial - Casey Industrial, MasTec Industrial, Phoenix Industrial; Infrastructure: American Civil Constructors West Coast, Cash Construction, FNF Construction, Lemartec Corporation, MasTec Civil, Precision Aggregate Products, Ragnar Benson Construction, Saiia, William Charles Construction, William Charles Electric; Renewables: IEA Constructors, Wanzek Construction, White Construction.

Responsibilities

• Assist with importing payroll time from the field
• Assist in conducting audits to ensure accurate and timely pay for employees based on approved timecards
• Assist in ensuring SOX compliance
• Enter manual payroll entries for any adjustments
• Communicate and maintain good relationships with employees and other departments
• Various other administrative duties as requested by team members

Qualifications

EDUCATION AND WORK EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:            

• Current enrollment in a bachelor’s degree program related to Accounting, Business or related area of study.
• Have a minimum GPA of 2.9 in relevant coursework

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES REQUIRED:

• Excellent interpersonal, oral and written skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• Team Player
• Ability to prioritize tasks and handle numerous assignments simultaneously
• Ability to maintain a high level of confidentially and professionalism
• High attention to detail
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and internet applications
• Ability to interact with clients, managers and employees with a high level of professionalism
