Job Description

The UOB Summer Internship Programme is designed for you to experience the world of banking. The programme allows you to immerse yourself in one of our business segments and undertake meaningful projects to gain experiences and skills relevant and useful to you. Here are some possible teams you may work under: UOB Asset Management, Global Markets, Group Wholesale Bank, Group Risk Management, Group Retail, Group Finance & Corporate Strategy, Group Audit, Group Technology & Ops, Group Channels & Digitalisation, TMRW Digital Group or even our Corporate Sustainability Office. As part of the programme, you will be given the opportunity to network with our senior leaders and Management Associates.

With the successful completion of the programme (and with good performance), this path will allow you to be on the fast track for our yearly intake into UOB Management Associate Programme.

Candidates who have passed the assessments will be invited to select your preferred internship project.

We are looking for students who are in their penultimate / final year with disciplines in the following areas:

• Business

• Communications, Marketing

• Computer Science, Data Science, Data Analytics

• Economics

• Engineering

• Finance

• Mathematics

• Statistics

• Social Sciences

Successful applicants will be invited to complete the online Assessments from October - December 2025.

Selection of Internship Project will commence in December 2025/ January 2026.

Interviews will commence after the selection of Internship Project. Est January - February 2026.
