As a Internal Audit Summer Intern you will be successful through working on audits across a wide range of business areas, designed to provide management with independent and objective assurance over governance, risk management, and control activities.
Carry out internal audit activities in accordance with applicable policies and procedures, while pro-actively managing own time and assigned tasks to meet deadlines, and reporting on progress/results.
Assist with preparing work paper documentation to support audit work and conclusions, with evidence of deficiencies in controls, duplication of effort, extravagance, fraud, or lack of compliance with laws, government regulations, and management's policies or procedures. Work paper documentation must comply with Audit Rabobank Group and Institute of Internal Auditors (IIA) standards.
Seek to assist other team members when available to help achieve overall project goals/objectives.
Seek to understand the businesses and risks across all North American Operations.
To be considered for the Internal Audit Summer Internship, you must have:
Bachelor's degree in progress (currently a Sophomore or Junior preferred).
Must have completed some Business, Finance, Accounting, Auditing, Analytics, or other relevant business/finance college classes.
Ability to travel regionally up to 15%

Target Hiring Range: $24.00 - $27.00/hour
This position is subject to the terms of [RAF/Rabobank/RDS]’s compensation plans and policies. It is anticipated that the position will pay within the target hiring range. The range is reflective of the desired primary physical work location and may be adjusted outside of the projected range based on geographical differentiation if the actual work location of the hired candidate differs from the desired primary location, or for other lawful reasons. Further, all full-time regular positions include all other benefits provided to [RAF/Rabobank/RDS] employees, including healthcare benefits, 401k matching, vacation, sick leave, parental leave, possible discretionary bonuses and all other benefits that are all governed by and subject to ERISA plan documents and eligibility.
