Painter (Paintline Person) – 1st shift - Lucas, KS

The Land Pride Division currently has an opening for a Painter (Paintline Person) on 1st shift at our Lucas Facility.  

This position works Monday through Thursday, from 6:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., with overtime on Fridays, as required. 

Primary Duties and Responsibilities: 

• Ability to paint parts to required specifications
• Embrace culture of Lean Manufacturing and implementation of change
• Follow all Great Plains and OSHA safety regulations and wear prescribed PPE as required.
• Other duties may be assigned that require other qualifications, physical demands., and/or work environment

Preferred Skills and Qualifications: 

• Must be able to physically perform the job
• Must have specific vision abilities to include close vision, color vision, peripheral vision and depth perception
• Able to wear required equipment for performance of the job
• Ability to pass the required pulmonary function test
• Ability to use paint gun, ladder, air gun and any other tools necessary to perform the job
