What You’ll Do:

• Be the Leader of Tagg-N-Go: Support the Site Manager in leading a team that creates a positive, memorable customer experience.
• Train and Develop: Participate in the training program, then help train new and existing team members. Share your knowledge and ensure your team provides excellent customer service.
• Keep It Smooth: Oversee car wash operations, ensuring everything runs efficiently and vehicles are properly prepared for the wash.
• Safety Comes First: Direct drivers safely, identify potential challenges, and handle them with confidence, ensuring the safety of customers and staff.
• Make It Shine: Help maintain the overall site appearance, including regular site cleaning tasks, so it remains welcoming for both customers and team members.
• Help Customers Navigate Options: Assist customers with questions, educate them about available services, and address concerns in a friendly and professional manner.
• Protect Vehicles: Ensure vehicles are properly prepared before washing—secure wipers, push in mirrors, and identify potential challenges like truck beds.
• Monitor Quality: Observe wash operations, identify areas for improvement, and ensure the wash equipment is functioning properly. Perform basic maintenance as needed.
• Enforce Policies: Ensure company policies and procedures are followed by both customers and staff, maintaining a high standard of service.
• Participate in Team Development: Assist in recruitment, performance reviews, discipline, and even dismissals to maintain a positive, productive team.
• Maintain Equipment: Assist with basic equipment maintenance and ensure all systems are running smoothly.
• Stay Flexible: Be ready to take on any other duties as needed to support your team and ensure the car wash operates at its best.

Physical Requirements:

• Stand and walk for extended periods.
• Bend, kneel, crouch, and perform repetitive motions.
