Qualifications
ParetoHealth is seeking a Talent Acquisition Summer Intern to support the full-cycle recruiting process. This role involves candidate sourcing, interview coordination, and maintaining candidate records in the ATS. The ideal candidate will be a rising Junior or Senior enrolled in a Bachelor’s program in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Psychology, or a related field, with strong communication and analytical skills.
