Job Description

As a member of our management team, you are responsible for everything that happens during your shift. This includes all cost controls, inventory control, cash control, and Customer relations. You must set the example. You must follow ALL policy and procedures 100% of the time and expect the same from your crew.
Advancement:
Once you enter into management you are quickly on your way to learning the skills necessary to be General Manager of a store.With proper experience our Assistants earn $21 to $26 per hour including sick pay and health care. Lead Assistant Managers are eligible for performance based bonuses! Our company prides itself on promoting from within! What does that mean? You can quickly move up through the ranks and earn more money. Who knows, maybe you are the next Domino's franchisee!
Qualifications
- Prior leadership experience preferred
- Hunger to learn and follow proven systems
- Ability to demonstrate team member and food safety protocols
- Excellent customer service skills
