Job Description
Location: Hunters Creek Apartments
Schedule: Full-time; Monday-Friday and alternating Saturdays
Hourly Rate: $18.00 - $21.00, based on experience
Incentives: Commissions on new leases

Do you enjoy building connections, delivering outstanding customer service, and bringing energy to every interaction? Banner Property Management is seeking a personable, motivated Leasing Consultant to be the welcoming face of Hunter’s Creek Apartments, a 212-unit community in Denton, TX.
In this role, you’ll be at the heart of our leasing operations—leading property tours, responding to inquiries, guiding prospects through the leasing process, and supporting current residents. You’ll also assist with marketing efforts, resident events, and day-to-day operations such as rent collection and lease renewals.
