Kelsan, a 4th-generation family-owned leader in distribution and equipment services, is seeking a Field Service Technician to support our growing customer base in the Charlotte area. This role focuses on servicing and maintaining pressure washers and floor care equipment for commercial clients across multiple industries.

Main Responsibilities: other duties may be assigned

• Perform on-site service, maintenance, and repairs on pressure washers and floor care machines (e.g., scrubbers, vacuums, extractors)
• Diagnose mechanical and electrical issues and implement effective solutions
• Install new equipment and ensure proper setup and functionality
• Maintain accurate service records and communicate updates to internal teams
• Provide exceptional customer service and represent Kelsan professionally in the field
• Travel locally to customer sites using a company-provided service vehicle

Qualifications:

• Mechanical or electrical service experience preferred
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Willingness to learn and grow within a supportive team environment
