What You’ll Do:

• Assist in the management of tire center sales and service operation.
• Achieve budgeted sales and profit objectives. 
• Sell product via phone sales to an established list of customer accounts.
• Respond to customer inquiries regarding sales or complaints.
• Greet and service in-store customers.
• Develop and open new accounts.
• Schedule automotive maintenance as well as assigning work to technicians.
• Develop cost estimates.
• Inform customers on the status of their repairs.
• Provide customer recommendations and ensure overall customer satisfaction.
• Tire experience preferred
