Description

This intern will support the Financial Planning & Analysis team in a variety of strategic analytical tasks ranging from financial forecasting, credit analytics, loan-level profitability, KPI development/tracking, and customer value analysis. This individual should be results-oriented with a growth mindset, driven to learn about our business through its financial data. We will provide you with a great introduction to our company and culture. The internship will be structured around a summer project deliverable which will create an opportunity for this Individual to add value to our business. 

Responsibilities

•  Work closely with accounting, sales, and operations teams to ensure accurate financial reporting
•  Aid in month-end close process by performing data analysis, financial reporting generation
•  Communicate financial results and operations analysis to upper management
•  Aid in presentation development to artfully articulate the financial results in a useful, digestible manner
•  Increase productivity by developing automated processes and reporting tool
•  Improving our current IT project tracker and analyzing business ROI from tech spend

Skills and Knowledge Developed

• System knowledge with TMO, Snowflake, & Tableau
• Corporate finance and capital markets acumen
• Email communication and business communication
• Intricacies of real estate transactions
• Excel proficiency

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or currently pursuing degree in Finance, Real Estate, Economics, or related field.
• Motivated self-starter who seeks to create value without constant direction.
• Eager to learn and open to feedback.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite including Excel

Program Details

• Location: Onsite in Greenville, SC
• Join us in our brand new, thoughtfully designed headquarters in the heart of downtown Greenville (parking is paid for!)
• Housing assistance available for qualified individuals
• Duration: 11 weeks - Monday, May 18th to Friday, July 31st, 2026
• Hours: Monday through Friday, 8:30am to 5:30pm
• Pay: All our interns are paid for the work they perform, hourly rate dependent on position
