We are hiring exceptional college students to spend the summer on Accel’s investment team, in-person in San Francisco. 
What you’ll do

• Source & explore new companies across industries you care about
• Spend time with exceptional founders and help our team decide where we should lean in.
• Conduct deep research on technology, markets, and companies
• Support Accel portfolio companies on operational & strategic initiatives
• Learn the inner workings of venture, with the mentorship and training of Accel’s investment team

Successful interns will be candidates for full-time roles following graduation. This role is available to current juniors only.
What we are looking for
Successful intern candidates will have track records of exceptional achievement. What we’re looking for includes:

• Exceptional interpersonal skills & a proven ability to communicate and collaborate with many types of people
• Creativity & curiosity
• Passion for technology, as evidenced by personal projects and/or academic interests
• Comfort in fast-moving, unstructured environments where you’ll need to take initiative
• Excellent analytical and quantitative skills

We are particularly excited about candidates who have spent time in engineering / technical work environments and are excited to apply this experience to a new domain (investing).
