This Internship is focused on supporting Allianz Sales & Distribution through various project initiatives, while learning from some of the top Sales & Distribution teams within the industry.

What you do:

• You will have opportunities ranging from working with the Allianz Internal Sales Consultants who handle inbound and outbound telephone calls from independent Financial Professionals.
• Work with our internal data/analytics team to see firsthand how data drives a successful sales organization .
• This experience will provide exposure to all facets of the Financial Sales & Distribution world as well as Allianz as a business.

What you bring:

• We desire students that have the passion and drive to be part of a high performing sales team.
• Pursuing a four-year degree in Communications, Economics, Business Administration or other related business field.
• The right candidate will possess good judgment and analytical skills, strong follow-up and organizational skills, excellent sales and service orientation, plus exceptional communication and relationship management skills. All of which are keys to success within Sales & Distribution at Allianz.

• You must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. without requiring immigration sponsorship now or in the future. This includes holders of H-1B, H4, L-1, L-2, TN, OPT, CPT, and other nonimmigrant visas.

Job posting range $20/hr - $24/hr  

Note the job posting range is exclusive of company benefits or other compensation. If you are hired, your final base salary will be determined based on factors such as geographic location, experience, skills, competencies, and/or education. In addition to those factors, we will also consider internal equity of our current employees. Please keep in mind that the range provided is the full base salary range for the role. Hiring at or near the maximum of the range would not be typical to allow for future and continued salary growth.
