The anticipated salary range for this role is between $20.00 and $30.00. The specific salary offered to an applicant will be based on their individual qualifications, experiences, and an analysis of the current compensation paid in their geography and the market for similar roles at the time of hire. The role may also be eligible for an annual discretionary incentive award. In addition to cash compensation, SMBC offers a competitive portfolio of benefits to its employees.
BCDAD is a Division of SMBC which is primarily responsible for back offi ce operations, and partners with theoperations of group companies in the planning and management of operational initiatives in the AmericasDivision. BCDAD has fi ve groups which provide Loan Servicing, Asset Based Financing, Securitizations, MoneyTransfer and Deposit Operations, Treasury Operations, Enterprise Content Governance and Anti-FraudOperations. Additionally, the division supports research and development / feasibility of new productoff erings and strategic business initiatives required by the Americas Division and or Head Offi ce inpartnership with other areas including IT, Compliance and Market facing teams.
The Intern will be assigned to a team and will support transaction processing business activities or in theplanning, monitoring and delivery of projects throughout various stages of the project lifecycle. Reports tothe supervisor assigned within the department.
