As a Home Furnishing Consultant, you’ll play a key role in delivering a warm, welcoming, and helpful experience to every guest. With your energetic personality and passion for customer service, you’ll help people find the perfect furniture, mattresses, and décor to fit their home and personal style. What You’ll Do

• Greet and assist guests in finding furniture solutions that fit their style, space, and needs
• Build lasting relationships by understanding customer preferences and offering tailored recommendations
• Stay up-to-date on our products, promotions, and design trends across all four of our brands
• Keep the store looking beautiful by maintaining clean, organized, and stylish displays
• Process sales accurately and efficiently
• Work toward (and exceed!) your personal sales goals and help the team succeed
