Job Description
What You’ll Do as a Medical Assistant
As part of the Redirect Health team, you’ll play a vital role in delivering exceptional care and support by:
- Managing patient appointments and scheduling.
- Maintaining and updating records in the EMR system.
- Following up with patients to ensure continuity of care.
- Assisting providers with clinical tasks to streamline workflows.
- Creating a positive, confident care experience for our members
What We’re Looking For
- Completion of Medical Assistant Program from an accredited school.
- Strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills.
- Proficiency with EMR systems, Microsoft Word, and Excel (preferred).
- Bilingual (Spanish/English) candidates are highly desired.
- High school diploma or GED required.
- A commitment to compassionate, patient-centered care.
