Shift: Night: Mon-Wed 4:30pm-6:00am

Role Overview

As a Packing/Shipping Associate, you’ll help ensure finished goods are accurately packed, labeled, and shipped to meet customer specifications. You’ll also play a critical role in preparing and packaging orders for shipment to customers both nationally and internationally. This is a fast-paced role requiring attention to detail, organization, and a team-focused mindset.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Accurately follow customer specs that pertain to each order
  • Prepare packing slips and freight
  • Package finished products
  • Organize cores and boxes
  • Wrap skids
  • Safely operate shrink wrap machine
  • Prepare outbound inventory orders
  • Use pallet jack to move products/boxes
  • Notify purchaser to order boxes
  • Keep work area clean and organized
  • Follow all Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs)
  • Comply with company policies and be available for overtime as needed
  • Perform additional duties as required

Knowledge / Skills:

  • High School diploma or GED
  • Basic math and computer skills
  • Ability to lift 40 lbs and stand for long periods
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to multi-task
  • Self-motivated with a positive attitude and team-first mindset
