The Summer Corporate Investment Banking Intern will be expected to provide a broad range of analytical, transaction and marketing support functions to the Rabobank client coverage team based in Chicago.

You and Your Job:

The focus of the role will be on assisting Analysts, Associates, Vice Presidents and senior bankers on tasks performed during the execution of transactions and the development of new business, including preparing presentations, company profiles and other relevant projects.

As a member of the team, you will have day-to-day contact with senior professionals, clients, and the bank's product teams.

Job Responsibilities:

• Provide analytical, transaction and marketing support functions to the Chicago Commercial Banking Coverage team

• Assist on tasks performed during the execution of transactions and the development of new business, including preparing presentations and company profiles

To be considered for Corporate Investment Banking Internship, you must:

• Be a current junior seeking an undergraduate degree with a 2026 Spring graduation.

• Be legally authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis.  Rabobank is unable to sponsor or take over sponsorship of an employment visa for this position.

• Be currently enrolled in a college or university pursing a degree in Finance.

• Possess excellent quantitative and analytical skills.

• Show advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and Word.

• Present with effective verbal and written communication skills.

• Have a minimum GPA of 3.5.

To aid in this endeavor, students will be matched with a mentor and provided the necessary professional development opportunities to achieve their goals. The internship will be a full time, 10 week, paid program.

Salary Expectations:

Target Hiring Range: $49.50/hour

This position is subject to the terms of [RAF/Rabobank/RDS]’s compensation plans and policies. It is anticipated that the position will pay within the target hiring range. The range is reflective of the desired primary physical work location and may be adjusted outside of the projected range based on geographical differentiation if the actual work location of the hired candidate differs from the desired primary location, or for other lawful reasons. Further, all full-time regular position includes all other benefits provided to [RAF/Rabobank/RDS] employees, including healthcare benefits, 401k matching, vacation, sick leave, parental leave, possible discretionary bonuses and all other benefits that are all governed by and subject to ERISA plan documents and eligibility.
