Job Responsibilities

What You’ll Do

· As a Concession Supervisor, you’ll play a key role in ensuring smooth operations, excellent guest service, and team success during every event. You will:

· Lead & Motivate: Supervise concession operations and guide your team to deliver great food and great service.

· Train & Support Staff: Coach team members on service, food safety, and procedures to keep operations running smoothly.

· Manage Inventory: Track product usage, manage stock levels, and coordinate with the warehouse or vendors.

· Deliver Outstanding Service: Resolve guest issues quickly and maintain high service standards.

· Ensure Compliance: Enforce food safety, TABC, and health regulations.

· Stay Event-Ready: Make sure stands are stocked, clean, and ready before doors open.

· Report & Communicate: Complete shift reports, share event feedback, and coordinate with other departments.

· Problem-Solve on the Fly: Address any issues during events — from stock shortages to long lines — to keep operations running smoothly.

Qualifications

• Previous food service experience preferred

• Must be able to obtain food safety certification

• Demonstrates positive guest service skills

• Requires occasional lifting, carrying, pushing, pulling of up to 25 lb.

• May be required to meet state age requirements for serving alcohol

• May be required to obtain TABC Certification to serve and sell alcohol

• Required to complete Serve Safe Food Handlers certification

• Previous Guest Service experience is a plus

• Ideal candidate will be available to work a flexible schedule that includes evenings, weekends, and holidays
