Job Description

  • Assists LIFE participants with activities of daily living such as bathing, dressing, personal hygiene and meals
  • Provides mobility and therapy assistance; wheelchair and van transfers; and complete range of motion and other restorative exercises
  • Provide personal care as well as various other duties (homemaking, light cleaning, shopping, meal preparation, etc.) for our participants in their homes
  • Accurately take and record temperatures, pulses, respirations, blood pressures and weights
  • Assists in the day center with serving meals, meal clean up, games, crafts, discussion and other activities 

Qualifications

  • Active CNA certificate
  • Valid Driver's license 
  • 1 year experience working with the senior population
