Work Environment:
Inbound call center or in-store support, depending on location. Must be comfortable handling customer inquiries, processing orders, and working in a fast-paced, goal-driven retail environment. Requires a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

• Order entry, tracking, and system navigation (BobSuite)

• Multi-tasking and performance metrics management (AOV, NPS, etc.)

• Scheduling and follow-up communication

• Previous phone sales or customer service experience
