Job Description
Description
Woodscape Apartments is now hiring for an experienced Maintenance Supervisor. In this role you will coordinate and direct maintenance activities, including repairs, apartment make-ready, preventative maintenance, and construction/rehabilitation projects.
This role is vital in maintaining a safe, secure, and comfortable environment for residents, staff, and visitors.
Responsibilities:
- Respond and complete residential service requests in a timely manner
- Resolve maintenance issues in the area of A/C, electrical, plumbing and appliance repair
- Prepare vacant apartments for market ready status through turn-over repairs and improvements
- Maintain snow removal, cleaning and maintenance of grounds, including common areas
- Provide residents with outstanding customer service
Requirements
- Must know electrical, plumbing, appliances, energetic, and self-motivated.
- At least 12 months of onsite experience
- Possess valid Identification
- HVAC Certification (EPA) required
- Must be self-motivated, organized, and capable of operating independently
- Must be available for scheduled on-call rotation
