Erie Insurance is committed to helping you learn and grow with a challenging internship position that will offer you relevant and real-world business experience. We are currently seeking applicants who are interested in being considered for our upcoming summer internship program as potential Creative Services Interns!  

Who should apply?

  • Applications are accepted from college students currently enrolled at an accredited college or university to pursue a four-year degree or to complete a master's degree program full-time
  • A four-year degree student should be completing sophomore, junior, or senior year (graduating in spring 2026 thru spring 2028)
  • A minimum cumulative grade point average of 3.0 is highly preferred

Position Summary

Under close supervision, performs functional duties for assigned division. Performs special projects as required.

As a Creative Services Intern, you will:

  • Under close supervision, design, create, and coordinate visual communications materials for ERIE's print and digital media
  • Design layouts by sizing and arranging illustrations, graphics, photography, and copy.
  • Prepare production specifications to ensure that company standards are met.
  • Collaborate with other designers and marketing teams, participate in client meetings, and brainstorming/creativity sessions
  • Review and proofread proofs to ensure that creatives follow ERIE standards and are ready for production

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Performs various tasks related to the achievement of division objectives.
  • Conducts research and gathers information and assists in creating presentations as required.
  • Analyzes data and reports findings.
  • Verifies and enters data into appropriate system, and updates electronic files.
  • Provides clerical and administrative support as needed.
  • Completes special projects as required.

Qualifications

Minimum Educational Requirements

  • High school diploma, or equivalent, required.
  • Pursuit of Bachelor's degree with completion of sophomore year in a relevant field required.


Additional Experience 

  • Minimum 3.0 GPA preferred.
  • Working knowledge of word processing, spreadsheet and presentation software preferred.
